I have always loved baking and making things in the kitchen and it started at an early age with my Grandmother during school holidays.

I love the way it makes people feel...happy....to give people a little piece of happiness even if it is for a few moments is a wonderful thing, especially in this day and age. To have people talk about your cakes years after the party is also really heart warming.

I have done a few courses at Planet Cake In Balmain, NSW (www.planetcake.com.au) a complete and utter oasis for the cake obsessed! It was after doing my first course that I really had the cake decorating bug cemented into me.

I joined the Cake Decorating Guild, Camden Branch in 2007 and have really loved meeting so many wonderful ladies and going away for day trips to meet other branch members. You learn so many things about cake decorating, Old school ways!

I have entered my cakes into the Camden Show for the last 2 years with fantastic results, get out and support this show in our local area.
