Vanilla Bean Expresso Swirl

A subtle mud cake base infused with real crushed Madagasca Vanilla bean (no fake essence is used here!) the mix is then given a caffine hit with fresh expresso and vanilla bean ganache.  A smooth flavour that isn't overly sweet but still has a rich taste and texture.
